Amaranth with chocolate cream
- 1 up amaranth
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Amaranth cook until soft, add milk and sugar.
- Dissolve the chocolate in a water bath and add the amaranth to continue boiling until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Amaranth Put in a bowl and whisk until you take creamy consistency, add vanilla and serve in glasses.
