Amaranth with chocolate cream

  • 1 up amaranth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

  • Amaranth cook until soft, add milk and sugar.
  • Dissolve the chocolate in a water bath and add the amaranth to continue boiling until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Amaranth Put in a bowl and whisk until you take creamy consistency, add vanilla and serve in glasses.
