Quinoa omelet with cheese and broccoli

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 thick slices of cheese
  • 1 small piece of broccoli
  • 4 heaping tablespoons of quinoa
  • 1/2 medium carrot
  • 1 pepper medium
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • iodized salt

 

  • Fresh salad:
    • 2 medium tomatoes
    • 1 medium lemon
    • iodized salt

Preparation:

  • Boil quinoa.
  • Beat eggs, add chopped medium cheese squares, chopped broccoli, boiled quinoa, grated carrot, chopped pepper into cubes and salt.
  • Frying on both sides.
  • It can be served with rice and fresh salad.
