Dried Mango
Mango (Mangifera Indica) in Kent and Edward varieties is one of the most exported fruits from Peru.
It is highly valued for its high content of vitamins A and C, minerals and antioxidants as well as its low fat and sodium content. The high levels of fibre and potassium reduce the risk of heart disease.
It is one of the most appreciated fruits for its sweet and intense flavour as well as its soft and fleshy texture.

DRIED MANGO
Dried mango slices and chunks are made from ripe mangoes that have been sliced and dehydrated to remove most of their moisture. The resulting product is a chewy, sweet, and slightly tangy snack that can be enjoyed on its own or used as an ingredient in recipes. Dried mangoes are a good source of dietary fiber and antioxidants, as well as vitamins A and C
Our mango is planted and harvested in the departments of Ica, La Libertad, Lambayeque and Piura by our farmers with great care throughout the process. The farmers receive a fair income for their products as well as training to ensure always the best product.
Dried Mango is available from November to March.
